Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a musical family. The majority of her childhood was spent listening to traditional music, boleros from the past, as well as traditional ranchero and romantic ballads. Ana is a lover of opera and tangos, and any dramatic performance. Ana began learning to sing and play music from an early age, along together with her mom. The formal vocal training when she reached the age of 16 old under the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio BECARRA. At the School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico continued her music education. As a student and when she was a professional young at the time in Mexico City and Guadalajara she sang with several chamber groups as well as choruses. Following her move to the United States, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. After 2002 she relocated to Southern California. She is a frequent soloist at events, private parties and other occasions, performing classical Latin American Music. Passion and enthusiasm in music, art and performing keep her engaged in many local projects as a teacher and performer. Ana is also a former member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana thank the Inland Master Chorale for their permission to play the traditional Latin American song.
